A. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. Our products are designed to come into contact with body parts or/and fluids so for ours and our customers safety, products are non-returnable and non-resalable.
Within 30 days of receiving order, If you receive any of the following:
- the item is physically damaged in transit
- the product itself is defective/it has quality issues (such as it can not charge, it can not turn on/off, doesn't vibrate or function)
Contact us via email talkconfidential5@gmail.com. According to your situation, please provide photos/videos of the shipping label, product box, and defective products. If applicable, we will send a replacement to you.

Depending on situation and evidence provided, we will either send a replacement to you or open an investigation and have you send back the item. It's important to send as much evidence as possible because if problem can be detected through evidence, we will replace item for you. If further examinations need to take place, we will have you send back your item. If confirmed items defected, we will send you a new one free of charge and reimburse you for shipping cost up to $6.99 (keep shipping receipt). If no problem is detected, we will send item back to you once you have covered shipping cost.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. In most instances, your order is processed and shipped within 24 hours, so you'll receive it quickly. Because of this, we can not cancel orders. In special circumstances, please contact us through our website chat or through email. Please do this within three hours of placing the order. Resolution will be determined upon circumstances by Confidential Talk.
Once receive shipping confirmation email, orders can not be cancelled.
Q. Can I make changes to my address?
A. Changes to your address can be made through website chat or contact forum on home page. Changes must be made aware before shipping confirmation sent. Once shipping confirmation is sent, we can not make changes to the shipping address. If customer is making changes to the shipping address, personal identity will be verified.

A. All products are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Ohio. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of it being ordered. You will receive shipping confirmation email when package is shipped and will have access to tracking it.
Ground Shipping
Delivery in the United States within 3-5 business days.
Delivery in Canada and United Kingdom within 5- 7 business days.
Delivery for other countries vary by location.

A. Discrete shipping is important to us as well as it is to you. Your package will be delivered in a plain brown box with no marketing on it. Shipping label return address will read Customer Service & Confidential Talk. There will be no indication outside of box what you have purchased. Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged under the name Confidential Talk or Glam Gloss.
