How to use
Clean before & after every use.
1. Open the battery cover of the remote control.
2. Remove the insulation paper under the battery.
3. Install the battery properly.
4. Press and hold power button on kegels for 3 seconds to turn on. (Light will come on to indicate power)
5. Press the on/off button on remote to turn on remote. Then press on/off button to turn on or off the vibration. (+) sign on remote changes vibration settings.
Also you can single press the power button on kegels to change vibration mode.
6. Press on/off button on remote to stop vibration. Press and hold on/off button on remote to turn off.
7. Press and hold power button on kegels to turn off.
